Shed Removal & Demolition in Northern Virginia

Most jobs $400–$1,200

Old sheds become liabilities — they rot, harbor pests, and eat up yard space. We tear them down to the slab (or below) and haul every splinter away. Wood, metal, vinyl, or composite — we handle them all.

What We Haul

  • Wood-frame sheds and outbuildings
  • Metal sheds (Rubbermaid, Arrow, etc.)
  • Vinyl and resin sheds
  • Playsets and playhouses
  • Pergolas and gazebos
  • Chicken coops and animal shelters
  • Concrete pads and foundations (extra)

What We Don't

  • Permitted structures requiring official demolition permits (we can refer)
  • Structures with active utilities (you handle utility disconnect)

How It Works

1

On-Site Quote

Most shed jobs require a brief on-site walkthrough to scope properly. Same-day quotes available.

2

Utility Check

We confirm electrical, water, or gas lines are disconnected before demolition.

3

Demolition

Manual demolition with hand tools and small power equipment. Quick and safe.

4

Foundation Removal

If included in the quote, we break up and haul the concrete pad.

5

Site Cleanup

Rake, sweep, and remove all debris. Your yard looks better than before.

Two Guarantees, In Writing.

Firm-Price Promise

The price we confirm before loading is the price you pay. It never increases on-site without your approval — if we misjudged, that's on us.

On-Time Window Guarantee

You pick a 2-hour window. We text 30 minutes out. If we miss your window, $50 off on the spot.

Common Questions

Do I need a permit?+

For most residential sheds under 200 sq ft, no permit is required. We can advise based on your specific situation — either way, your walkthrough quote is confirmed before we start, our Firm-Price Promise.

Will you remove the concrete slab?+

Yes, as an add-on service. Concrete falls under our heavy material pricing (bed load), priced from our $299 minimum, and is quoted separately.

What about the floor or contents?+

We can remove sheds with contents inside — just include it in your photos so we can quote accurately, with no change to your $400–$1,200 estimate unless the scope changes on-site.

How long does it take?+

Most sheds are demolished and removed within half a day. Large or complex jobs may take a full day, scheduled inside the same On-Time Window Guarantee as every job we book.
